Update


Hello!

It's been about a month since I released A Mirage of Home and I'd like to give everybody an update on what has been going on since then, especially what has happened since the The Near Future Devlog.

So, what's been going on?

First of all, all of the work on refactoring the code and fixing of the systems is finished and has been for quite a while now. The planning and design for the new areas are all done and the meshes for the levels are almost done aswell, so things have been progressing.

Now for some bad news...

My university courses has been keeping me super busy during april and will probably keep me busy for another couple of months, so if any major work is to be done to the game it will proceed at a slower pace than usual. I'm also planning on finishing a side project I've been working on for a little while so that will keep me busy aswell.



Alright, so, what does this mean?

I'll give you a TLDR as to what you can expect. Now, keep in mind, this is (as always) not a promise of delivery but what the future looks like from where I'm at currently. Things may change for the better, or worse!



TLDR:

Work on the patch and the new chapter is progressing slowly but surely. I will take a (hopefully rather short) break from working on A Mirage of Home because uni has been keeping me busy and will continue to do so for a while. Before the Chapter 2 release I will hopefully finish, and release a side project I'm working on. I'm super excited for Chapter 2 and for the side project.
